1. Digital Nature of Services
All services provided by Mockapital are digital in nature and are considered delivered once account credentials, dashboard access, platform access, or related service access has been issued to the user. This includes access to evaluation challenges, simulated trading accounts, trading tools, trader portals, add-ons, and related services.
2. Binding Agreement Upon Access or Use
By purchasing, accessing, logging into, or using any Mockapital service, including executing any trade on an evaluation or simulated funded account, the user confirms that they have accessed the service and agreed to Mockapital’s Terms and Conditions, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and other applicable policies.
3. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Users should contact support@mockapital.com before escalating any payment issue to their bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Most technical, delivery, billing, or access issues can be reviewed and resolved by Mockapital support.
Any chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, failed payment, fraudulent payment, or unauthorized payment claim may result in suspension or termination of the user’s account and any related accounts, including active evaluations, simulated funded accounts, payout eligibility, discounts, promotions, and future purchases.
4. Active Disputes and Account Suspension
If a user opens a payment dispute while any account or service remains active, Mockapital may suspend all related accounts until the dispute is reviewed and resolved.
To restore access, Mockapital may require settlement of the disputed amount, payment of any applicable administrative or processing costs, completion of additional verification, or use of a specific approved payment method for future purchases.
5. False, Abusive, or Bad-Faith Chargebacks
Filing a false, abusive, duplicate, or bad-faith chargeback after receiving access to Mockapital services may be treated as a breach of Mockapital’s Terms and Conditions.
Mockapital may submit evidence to the relevant bank, card issuer, payment processor, fraud monitoring network, compliance provider, or legal authority. Mockapital also reserves the right to restrict future access, permanently close related accounts, deny payout eligibility, or pursue recovery where appropriate.
6. If a Chargeback Is Decided in the User’s Favour
If a chargeback or payment dispute is decided in the user’s favour, Mockapital is not automatically required to restore the disputed account or related services, especially where access was already provided, services were used, program rules were breached, or the account was under compliance review.
Any future access to Mockapital services may remain subject to internal review, repayment of unresolved amounts where applicable, additional verification, updated payment conditions, or other risk controls.
7. Dispute Resolution Path
Users should first contact Mockapital support with their account details, order information, payment proof, and a clear explanation of the issue. Mockapital will review the matter and may request additional information or evidence before making a decision.
8. Relationship With Other Policies
This Dispute and Chargeback Policy should be read together with Mockapital’s main Terms and Conditions, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Website Terms of Use, program rules, trading rules, FAQs, and any other policies published on the Mockapital website or dashboard.
If there is any conflict between this policy and Mockapital’s main Terms and Conditions, the main Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
