Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Period

  • Eligibility for Cancellation: Customers may cancel their purchase within 24 hours of the transaction. Cancellations requested after 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refunds and Cancellation Fee

  • Refund Conditions: If a cancellation request is made within the 24-hour period and no trades have been executed on the account, a refund will be issued after deducting a 25% cancellation fee.
  • Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Please note that the actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

3. Termination for Breach

Mockapital reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately in case of any breach of our terms and conditions by the customer, as outlined in our General Terms and Conditions.

4. Defective Service Claims

  • If our services do not meet the agreed standards or are not provided as expected, you may file a claim for defective performance. While we do not guarantee specific outcomes, we will strive to address any legitimate concerns.
  • Remedies for Defective Service: Customers may request remediation of the defect or an appropriate discount. If the issue cannot be resolved, customers have the right to withdraw from the agreement or claim a reasonable discount.

5. Complaint Process

To file a complaint, email support@mockapital.com. Mockapital will acknowledge receipt and work to resolve your issue within 30 calendar days.
