Privacy Policy

1. Dispute and Chargeback Policy

This policy outlines the official position of Mockapital, operated by Datawise Strategies FZ-LLC, regarding all payment disputes and chargebacks.


1. Digital Nature of Services
All services provided by Mockapital are digital and are considered delivered once account credentials are issued via email or dashboard. This includes access to evaluation challenges, trading tools, and trader portals.


2. Binding Agreement Upon Use
By executing even a single trade on any funded or evaluation account, the user confirms that they have accessed and used the service, and that the agreement is legally binding under Mockapital’s Terms and Conditions.


3. No Chargebacks Allowed After Access
Initiating a chargeback after account delivery is strictly prohibited. Doing so will result in the following:

  • Immediate suspension of all active and pending accounts
  • Permanent ban from all Mockapital services
  • Forfeiture of access to any payouts or services
  • Reporting to payment processors and fraud monitoring networks
  • Submission of all evidence to the relevant financial institution or legal authority

4. Active Disputes and Account Suspension
If a user opens a dispute while any account is still active, all related accounts will be suspended immediately. To reactivate services, the user must settle the full disputed amount in cryptocurrency.


5. If the User Wins the Chargeback
In the event a user wins a chargeback:

  • Mockapital is not obligated to restore the disputed account
  • All other accounts under the user’s name or payment details may remain permanently closed
  • Rejoining the platform in the future will require:
    • Full repayment of the disputed amount in cryptocurrency
    • Payment of any new account fee
    • An additional 5 percent administrative fee
    • Use of cryptocurrency only for all future payments — no card payments will be accepted

6. Dispute Resolution Path
Users must contact support@mockapital.com before escalating to their bank or card issuer. Most technical and delivery issues can be resolved within 24 to 48 hours.


7. Legal Enforcement
Filing a false chargeback constitutes breach of contract and may be reported to card providers, payment processors, and legal authorities. Mockapital reserves the right to pursue legal action or recovery under applicable UAE laws.


8. Agreement to Policy
By purchasing or accessing any Mockapital service, the user agrees to this policy in full. It is enforceable alongside our Terms and Conditions and Funded Trader Agreement.Data Controller
